the omega cannon is in the second phase of the final boss. when you first get into the battle arena to fight Gorea (final boss) you can see colorful circles on the outer wall. you have to hit them in the order following with the right weapons:
first- Yellow (Volt Driver)
second- Green (Warhammer)
third- Orange (Magmaul)
fourth- Blue (Shock Coil)
fifth- Purple (Judicator) and
sixth- Red (Imperialist)
you will then have to fight gorea. the easiest way to beat him is when he turns red. he turns red and has blue dots on his hands, indicating that he will shoot the shock coil. get your imperialist out and when he turns red, shoot his shoulders with the imperialist. after you do that, a ball will come out of his body. keep shooting that. after you kill gorea, you will see a short video and will be transported to oubliet. you will then have to go to the bottom of the level where there will be the omega cannon. get and shoot gorea 2. he transports around the level alot and sometimes you won't be able to find him. if you can't find him, go back to the very top of the level and you might find him there.

i had my eyes on those circles on the walls but wasn't sure, anyway Gorea isn't hard to beat at all atleast not the first phase, i haven't played the final phase but i will soon.
